I had the same issue on BI mobile
It was because I used windows time manually and not automatic detect timezone .
After I fixed my issue with detecting the correct timezone automatically BI got the correct timezone as well .

I used the old method and it was good but now trying to move to the new deepstack integration. I connected BI to deepstack and status page said deepstack is active. Hi All,
I'm using VPN to connect to my network
When I'm trying to connect to BI server using mobile app i'm getting
Unable to connect please try again
Reason: LAN access only
When I'm using the LAN address from chrome (mobile ofcourse ) I can connect to the BU UI3 web server.
Any Idea ?
