Update, Thanks for the hint @pogo, it looks like the "Database Only" fixed the issue, how or why i cant tell. but so fare it works even after a couple of "triggers" both new and old alerts seem to work again

Is the 'Add to alerts list' set to Export to MP4 files for AI purposes? If so, how are those parameters set up to play an MP4 clip instead of a BVR? Change the add to the alerts list setting to 'Database only' to see if that fixes the immediate problem. If so, then figure out how the AI things are ...

Good point. And where is the naming convention coming from for the mp4s? It initially looked like \Indkeorsel and \Baghave1 were directories instead of filenames before it dawned on me that they're probably located in Alerts. But yeah, how? Unless they were originally created as mp4s to begin with ...
