I've run Geekbench in the past, but I'll try it again.
Problem goes away if I disable Codeproject AI.

I disabled 7 of the 21 cameras but that didn't help any.

BI Version 5.9.2.4 with AI version 2.6.5.0. 5TB storage hard drive with BI running on a solid-state drive, both local drives in a NUC NUC13ANHi7 Mini PC with an I7-1360P processor. 32GB memory. Running 21 cameras. Task manager reports less than 20% CPU usage most of the time and 71% memory usage. Ha...
