Hi Daran,
Assuming you are on wifi on the same network, have you set up your LAN IP and port in the android app ? I tend to keep my Windows server on a static ip to stop it moving around. Have you set up a mobile user in BI5 and used the same user and password in the android app too ?

Have you tried installing BI5 instead, or is there a reason you need BI4 ?

Re: Noob Alert!
Hi Facials, Yes, we will attempt to answer any questions that you have. 1. BI5 needs to run on a Windows pc with some horsepower. The more cameras you have, the more powerful pc you will need. It does indeed need to run 24/7. 2. Two desktops ? If you mean to run BI5 on one desktop, and view it on an...

Hi owkaye,
I have BI5 send a json command to Homeseer HS3. It works well. The neighbours must think I have a very sensitive PIR !
If you have Homeseer, I can show you how to do it.

Could this be an issue with Intel hardware acceleration ? I remember people having issues with memory leaks and all sorts of other stuff. I can't try to recreate that issue here as I'm using an AMD cpu.
