Re: xfinity XB7-T Port forwarding
Ok, got it. "Generic Brand Windows Device" was the drop down that is my Desk top PC. Well, you could have fooled me!!! I turned off my wifi, hit BI5 on my phone and BAM, BI5 popped up as smooth as silk on my 5G WAN. This was a total brail by guess method of getting this to work. Thanks to ...

Re: xfinity XB7-T Port forwarding
I got the LAN working on the XB7, the WAN is still fighting me.
I tried port 81 and 99. I verified my IP to be correct.
You were correct about the drop down. I compared my connected devices on the router to the list on the APP and found one that matched. It was actually the 2nd item.

xfinity XB7-T Port forwarding
Trying to open a port for BI5 and I have to use their Xfinity APP to do it. It's forcing me to use a manual setup as BI is not listed on their menu. I'm in manual, picked port 81 with tcp/udp protocol and I'm stuck. It needs something else to trigger they greyed out "NEXT" box. I'm 80 year...

Re: Restart after update.
Tried to run as service and it requires an ID and PW. I use admin and my PW and it is rejected. Checked USER ID for Admin and I have the correct PW.
I do not use a PW on my windows bootup as I want my system to reboot on power restore.
What ID & PW is this thing asking for?

Restart after update.
I'm doing updates in the middle of the night and my BI5 is not restarting. This has happened multiple times during the updates. BI5 is just sitting there, unstarted and doing nothing. If I click on the icon in my taskbar tray, it starts right up and continues to run my 6 cameras. I'm not too happy w...

Re: Alert now contain 5 hours!???
All of my cameras "grew" a check mark in the "Record" section and was lumping large ranges of motion detection events into files over a gig! I sure as heck did not turn on all of my cameras to do that. I removed the "Magic" checkmark and my cameras have returned to the ...

Alert now contain 5 hours!???
My alerts now have large amounts of motion episodes in them. I can't find squat! If I want to see if the mail carrier has gone by, I now have to open the alert starting at 8AM and scan all the way to 11:33 on the time line to see where the mail truck went by! What changed? I want to see an alert for...

UPdate your BI to v.65. 61-64 have been crashing.
