Have you checked that the new firmware hasn't turned off the sub-streams ? I would suggest a really close look at the camera menus at the sub-stream settings. Thanks Tim. I tried both yesterday in fact tried again today w/ no luck. ODM timesout everytime.When i run the command for the HTTP port I get "Error: Unknown parameter or value missing."
