Just upgraded to 5.2.0.0 x64 and immediately noticed my cpu usage go from an average of 25-30% to an average of 60% and occasionally higher, particularly when I run the remote mgmt piece.
Weeks ago I followed the BI optimization instructions and the end result was a sweet lower CPU average (mentioned above), but this version is blowing it out of the water.
May consider downgrading back to previous version.
FYI, I have 14 cams
OS: Windows 10 Pro
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790 CPU @ 3.60GHz [33%]
RAM: 3.68G/15.8G

Same for me, even after updating to v 5.2.0.2. Here BI is running as Windows Service and I also have 14 cameras, Windows 10 Pro x64 1909.
I also noticed that the CPU utilization locks on 100% after runnning the local console; leaving it as Service only it stays at 60% levels.

Same situation here even with the newest upgrade. Sometimes when running just the UI it goes down somewhat but not very consistent. Two versions ago it consistently stayed in the 20% CPU usage range.
Thinking about downgrading back two versions.
