Blue Iris v5 issues with camera DaHua-DH-SD22204T-GN

Hi Team,

I'm trying a demo version of Blue Iris v5. Currently, I can add the camera
DaHua-DH-SD22204T-GN to the system and view image from this
Unfortunately the PTZ feature didn't work.
Could you please give me some advice. Thank you.

Notes: The other Axis M5014 camera is working fine with all features.

Here are my settings for exact cam and PTZ works fine in BI5

Thanks for your advice but unfortunately, It's not work with my Dahua camera. Please see my camera version in attached file

Can you please advise your camera (model and software version)?
