"Source file format is corrupt or you are missing..."

I have two Reolink RLC-411 cameras working well (POE connection). I added a third camera Reolink RLC-410 running via wireless network connection to cover a third entrance point. Single-view the camera and the hi-res stream shows normally. The third camera will interact with Codeproject AI, snapshots will show in the alerts, but no files (jpgs or mp4s) are written to the disk.
When I click a snapshot, a popup lists the file (which doesn't exist) then
"Source file format is corrupt or you are missing required components. Please use the default BVR recording format (tried this but don't want this format) or install the basic K-Lite Codec Pack (it is installed) which is recommended for MP4/AVI support (see help FAQ)."
I cannot find any settings that differ between my cameras that account for this. Manually triggering or taking snapshots from my other cameras immediately put jpg and mp4 files in my "NEW" folder, but with the RLC-410 nothing.
Any insights are appreciated.
