I use the POE version w/ no issues.

Post your camera settings for BI and in the Reolink app.

Bernard, did it work at any time, or has it never worked ? Just asking in case you didn't know that you have to enable ONVIF in the camera software itself before BI5 can read it.

And sending follow up emails to Support is known to invoke the spam filters :o

i never used it but since some Blue iris build back its misses motion triggers and i also use the recording option on the doorbell wirth a sd card so i will never missing an trigger and recording, so i was thinking to use the onvif triggers from the reolink but encounter this issue. I have the wifi version but its connected with an ethernet cable and wifi is not in use.

If it is a known issue with an reply mails why dont they fix that, this way customers can never use support if its marked as spam . BTW i send it again with gmail and that one did not gwas makred as spam but they never answer back.

Cheers

In camera setting in Reolink softwre turn on "Https" and turn off "HTTP"

Then run "Find/Inspect - in BI. You should get the below information on camera. If no you can just add it.

In BI Change camera make to Generic/ONVIF
Model should be RTSP H.264/H.265/MJP/MPEG4

Mainstream should be "/"
Substream should be "/h264Preview_01_sub"

I have Send RTSP keep alives unchecked
and Skip initial MAC, HTTP,DNS readability tests checked.

Thanks for your input on this, tried everything with no result and at the last try using the ip adres and not the dns name it worked.
