Hello All,
I have configured a Nest Hello with Blue Iris successfully. I'm able to view the live stream via BI and used to be able to view recordings. Now all of the recordings are showing a blank screen. This happens whether I look locally on the BI server, through the UI, etc. Any ideas? All of my other cams (mostly Reolink) I'm able to view the recordings.

That sounds like a video format issue. I had to tweak the settings to get my two analogue cameras to record, and I could see the video.
