Chinese IP camera (34567 port) port forwarding issue

Post by bigbroo »

Hi,
I'm so frustated. I've been using Blue Iris for a year now primarily with Foscam cameras on remote locations via port forwaring and been great.
Then I decided to give a try to chinese cameras with a good quality sensor but much cheaper ones.
Blueiris found them locally without any problems as Cantonk cameras but after the cameras been installed on remote locations I can't get any stream.
If I use "find/inspect" button it gives lots of information in a log but still no stream.

Requesting device information...
Manufacturer: H264
Model: HI3516EV200_50H20AI_S38
FirmwareVersion: V5.00.R02.000559A7.10010.040400..ONVIF 2.41

RTSP URI: /user=admin_password=pwFekIkC_channel=1_stream=0.sdp?real_stream
Has Event services: /onvif/Events
Has WSPullPointSupport
RelayOutputs: 0
InputConnectors: 0
Has PTZ service: /onvif/PTZ

PLEASE-PLEASE-PLEASE advise how to make them work as they've got loads of settings and I have 12 of them but can't get them to work :(

Thank you! :x

Can you login to the camera web interface?
If you can, check the ONVIF port #. Should be listed in there somewhere.

If you find it, use that # in teh BI find/inspect page.
If itstill doesn;t find the camera, Manually select the ONVIF profile.
