I would like to add a camera with blue iris but the problem
it's because I don't have access to "add new camera" it's grayed out, is there a reason

Not sure if this applies to you but I have lot of "disabled" cameras that I keep for future reinstallation. If the count of active, hidden and disabled cameras reach 64 then the "add" function is disabled.

Or it's an attempt to add a second camera to the single camera LE version...
