Subscription over charging

I have used BI since January 2021 and find it really adaptable to my needs, dont use all the functionality but is better than others I have used.
I only have 1 Licence for BI
However I have been overcharged for my yearly support subscriptions, was sent email in January 2022 and then January 2023 and money taken automatically, then in July 2023 was charged for a year support, money taken automatically and I did not query as I was in hospital. Then in January 2024 I was charged for year support again, money taken automatically again.
Now in July 2024 I have been asked again for support payment, but have cancelled this as I should be covered till January 2025, we will see?
In total I have been charged for 6 years of support (£262.97) for only 3 years of use (should have been (£87.18), I have asked for refund of these payments but yet to hear back from BI support
What I dont like is the way MyCommerce automatically take my money, when I ask what these orders are for they cannot tell me any more than this was for 'Blue Iris Extended Maintenance and Support', such a bad experience with them while trying to sort out my overpayments (or is that taking my money automatically?)
Looking at the support upgrade options I have 'Extended maintenance' and 'One year extension of maintenance and support' , different costs but the second one (slightly dearer) does not have auto renewal, dont really know what the difference is?
