License

So my BI server died. I lost everything but my old recordings since they were on a raid 1 setup and the o.s. and BI was on a ssd. I can't find the email with my license but I still have my mobile app setup. How likely am I ro be able to get my BI 4 key back with this info? Any help would be great. I would have to go to bank to get a statement from that long ago. But I know I bought it through blueiris directly.

You may be able to resolve this thru BI support IF you use the original email. They will most likely require some proof that you are the original purchaser.

you can simply....
- Import the most recent export of the BI settings you have taken.
- You could also restore your system from your most recent backup you have taken.

Without proper backups, you were sitting on a time-bomb that would have, and did, go off.
