I have an Eyecam PTZ Onvif compatible camera. Every PTZ related control works flawlessly from the UI including the presets, however no PTZ control box is shown on web ui and on android is inactive. I've activated every PTZ enabling setting from camera PTZ tab..Any ideas?

I found that I needed to use the Chrome browser on android to access the PTZ controls.

In BI options, User, edit the userid you use to login from the web/Android. Then enble 'PTZ Control'.
