Samsung SHN-P6410BN will work with Blue Iris?

I have 3 Samsung HD Pros WiFi Cameras and cannot get them to work with Blue Iris 5.0.
I have tried everything including: Generic/ONVIF RTSP settings.
Using Inspect - I am getting Failed with HTTP 12029 - I have temporarily opened ALL ports. Port 554
ONVIF port 8000
Receiving Error: 8000274d (refused; check IP address and port)
I have tried Samsung SNH-P6410BN RTSP
Path /onivf/profile5/media.smp also - no luck same 8000274d error
Any ideas?
