Cannot Network Horn Speaker Axis C3003-E work with Blue Iris

Hi!
I a friend to me have bought Horn Speaker, AXIS C3003-E and I wonder if it is possible to get the Horn Speaker to with Blue Iris last version.

I does not get it work. Does anyone here get it to work?
