I have a 4x version installed in Windows server 2012 64 bit.

A couple of questions:
1.) on here: https://blueirissoftware.com/updates/ there is a button for download upgrade. However, above it states to download full downlaoder. Which one do I need to downlaod?
2.) assuming I need to buy a new license?
3.) CPU: should I expect increased CPU usage with new version?
