Drives Offline

Post by Bigkap »

I have just renewed the software subscription and downloaded the latest update.
I now see the Database allocation window (below the new clips) showing "Drive(s) offline"
I have done a database repair but still the same.
I did not have this previously and dont understand why its there now.
Can someone point me in the right direction.
Thanks

It’s there as part of an initial check to inform you if there are allocation errors or latency issues.

If there are no errors then I think you can right click and close it.

Hi, thanks for that but if I do click the "X" to close, it reappears.

If it reappears, then there are issues. What does the Log show you ? and the storage graphs ? Can you add screenshots ?

For me it appears each time I launch the GUI and I either leave it there or simply close it.
