No File To Open

Hi,
I am using FTP.
For some reason once the clip has been sent to the NAS drive, I cannot view the clip in Blue Iris 5.
When I click on the clip, it says "No File To Open".
Hopefully this is something simple.
Thanks
Steve

Hi, thanks for that but if I do click the "X" to close, it reappears.
