I run CPAI in a docker image on a Linux system without problems (other than self-inflicted). Make sure the CPAI is able to examine images without using BI before connecting.
Check logs on both ends.

True, but handy when doing older alerts. Also, old habits are difficult to break.

Is the associated DAT file correct when you drop it on the AI page? IIRC, you will lose all alerts from the database when you delete/rebuild, only the AI alerts show will up after the rebuild.
