How do I submit a feature request?
Is this the official BI forums? Do people who work on the software read these posts? I'm asking because I have several UI quality of life suggestions. Where should I submit that type of thing? My #1 suggestion is make the Testing and Tuning -> Analyze with AI toggle, stick. I have to keep checking t...

Re: USB Webcams shoiwng no signal? I've tried two different brands
Follow up question:
Is it possible to use a USB WebCam that is not connected directly to the BI PC, just a PoE switch? Like a USB to LAN adapter maybe? I assume it would need an IP though?

Re: Camera disconnecting by itself
In your case Lorex have created a firmware that doesn't work with Lorex nvr's ? That needs sorting at their end, but I would be scouring the internet for a method to revert the firmware. Yeah, I don't know what is going on. They work for 3-4 hours then randomly loose signal for 1-3 min and then com...

Thank you for your reply and tips! It turned out to be I had everything (including cameras) turned off in the Windows 10 privacy settings. Toggled back on and now I can see the stream.

Re: Camera disconnecting by itself
Are you by any chance using Lorex cameras? This is happening to me too after a firmware update and Lorex told me there is no going back. This signal loss is occurring even when the camera are just connected to the standalone NVR so might not be BI related at all.

USB Webcams shoiwng no signal? I've tried two different brands
I have a Logitech HD Pro (C920) and a Tecknet (TK-CA001) both plugged in directly to my BI computer. Also verified working on multiple PC's. When I plug them in and fiddle with a bunch of settings and I'm still just getting No Signal The error showing is 80070005 () 1000 Is there some setting I'm mi...

Re: Random Cameras losing signal at random times, fustrating ongoing issue
I'm getting this too. I cannot find the issue. All of my IP assignments are static and non-conflicting. I have reset and default camera setting and software several times. I keep getting lost connection time out for about a minute randomly throughout the day. Then the cams come back up and are fine ...

How do I "activate" (and use AI) for two cameras when my main Stoop camera is Activated / Triggered(?)?
I've looked thorough the instructions but they are confusing to me. Here is what I want to do: 1. I have a Stoop, Doorbell and Street camera - all equipped with codeproject.ai 2. My Doorbell camera and street camera are being active (triggered?) when people walk by. (tons of unneeded alerts and trig...

New "huge" model size in Codeproject AI supported by BI?
There is a new option for huge model size on the codeproject.ai dashboard. The settings in the BI AI tab only go up to "large". Does that matter at all? Maybe I'm just on an older version (5.8.0.16) that does not have that option?
