IT likely has nothing to do with the "app" but really just connecting to your machine from the WAN from any device.
Research port forwarding. That is the issue.
[edit] maybe zero tier tackles the port forwarding issue so my comment might not be right for your scenario.

Re: White screen UI3?
Update to BI yesterday made the problem go away. Maybe just overwriting a corrupted file or maybe an actual bug. Regardless. Back to normal ops.

White screen UI3?
Anyone ever seen BI5 only producing a white screen in browser?
The console seems fine. Latest version of BI installed.

Dahua mounting fixtures - one time use?
Has anyone experienced the frustration of having to move or reposition a camera and realizing the bed or star screws have become impossible to loosen?
Unfortunately they have become one time consumables for me.
Maybe a grease or something might help next time.
Ideas?

OK, looks like you need to go back to Windows XP to get your safety.

Re: Setting up again - any reason not to buy Hikvision?
FYI, the comment about Chinese cameras is not so much that they are like many consumer good manufactured there but that they are embedded compute devices that call home to china and are susceptible to nefarious hacking.
That being said, I do use them but I do not allow them access to the internet.

There is a dahua config tool that is supposed to be able to do multi-cam setup but it is not very user friendly.

Re: Subscription over charging
If you have separate support keys, I'll buy one from you at standard rate. I am due for another renewal on one of my licenses.
