Re: Recent message from BI Support...
i have always had very promt replies to my emails, the last time within the hour.
some email systems let through the oldest first, so by resending becomes the newest and goes back to the bottom of the list.
like walking out of the queue in the supermarket, you end up at the back again.

network audio
Anyone got any ideas how to run audio over IP?
i have a cat 5e cable from house to garage with a switch for a couple of cameras, they are Hikvision without a microphone.
i would like somehow to have audio with them without having to get a new camera.

Re: Will not record Direct To Disc
exactly the same reason i cannot use direct to disc. either file not found or a clip only playing for a second even though it says it is much longer.

in the camera settings, Alert tab, under the timers section there is a bit that says 'Allow disarm time by delaying alerts' does this do anything?

I think it is the latest version (5.2.5.9), my CPU usage has doubled since installing it.
