If not, I'm gonna be shopping for a new ISP.. Had some nginx 400 errors for a brief period which mysterious self-resolved before I could hop (remote) into my server to see what was up.

Nothing in the log file, nothing in Windows event viewer...

Do I have a snoop @ my ISP, or is this easily explainable?
