strangely, in BI, the cam keeps freezing or disconnected. can someone please share a screenshot of your BI settings that is working for you?

All I can find online is that the Eufy C120 disconnects, and the Tapo C120 works well with BI5.

We would need to see your present settings to assist. Just one thought - try ticking "Decoder compatibility mode" in the BI5 settings for that camera and see if that helps.
