Hi, i Seem to experiencing an issue where I am getting multiple push notifications for the same Alert, this also happens when i do a 'Trigger Now'. It can be upwards of 20+ sometimes! This is only occurring on 1 of my cameras. All settings are the same as my other camera expect for the detection area. Any ideas where to look as this is driving me crazy!

What does the Log show when it happens ? You may need to enable the "save to text" Log to see it.

Where can I turn on "save to text"?

When you look at the BI5 Log, look at the bottom of that window. You can tick the box and choose where to put the Log. I put it on Desktop as it only creates one file per month.

A bit of Excel analysis shows a fairly regular time between each "iPhone" and "iPhone" and each "Kay" and "Kay" of approx 17.5 seconds as well as a regular 1.5 seconds between "iPhone" and "Kay". Now what does that mean

What does the trigger look like for the Push ?
