CPAI Stops Running During Analysis - Returns [nothing found]

I'm getting seemingly random "[nothing found]" log entries after CPAI detects objects. It seems like CPAI (YOLOv5 6.2) is is shutting down mid-analysis. Screenshots of typical log file analysis and camera AI settings attached.

Running BI 5.8.8.12 on an i7 7700K, 48 GB RAM, 1060 CUDA compatible GPU, CPAI using GPU. System is very stable, typically run 8% CPU, 7 % GPU; rarely spikes > 13% on CPU/GPU.

Have re-installed CPAI, tried different models to no avail. Any suggestions welcome.

More testing revealed that putting random text in "To Cancel" solved this issue.
