Ever used the "NOSTROMO N50" as a controller?

Post by Thixotropic »

I saw one of these the other day; the poster was claiming it was a decent alternative to the Contour Shuttle Pro controller.

This is the Belkin NOSTROMO N50, a low-priced controller intended for gaming, video editing, etc. A couple of the users said it was useful for security systems to review footage, scrub forward and backward, etc. They're about $30 to $50 on eBay and Amazon (all used, as far as I can tell).

It has 10 programmable keys, a 4-way hat switch, and a jog wheel. I may get one just to play with it and see how it plays with BI.

Anyone have any experience with these?
