I have 2 separate BI systems that I am trying to configure to work the same. They both are the latest BI revision.
I have set the triggers to show object rectangles. This works OK.
On one system, the rectangles show when I play back the alert clips. This is what I want.
On the other system, the rectangles do not appear.
I have gone through all of the settings on both systems and cannot see any differences, but clearly something is different.
What could it be? What have I missed?
