Re: Camera gets out of sync with Blue Iris
I'm not familiar with that model but with other Reolinks I have found that you must use the RTMP stream rather than the RTSP - the later has drop outs .. RTMP is stable when using 1 stream. The problem for me is the beta Reolink Firmware for my 410s and 520s drops support for RTMP when you get the v...

Feed Deepstack Images without motion detection
Is there any way in BI to send images to Deep Stack every X seconds ? I can run really sensitive movement detection settings but it seems inefficient as there is a fair bit of CPU involved in getting a movement trigger even when using the cameras detection .... I would like to experiment just sendin...

Re: Why does FPS drop at night ?
Thanks, yeah I think it's the way the cameras work (Reolink 410s and 520s). When I turn a light on and the IR goes out in the camera, the FPS goes back up.

Why does FPS drop at night ?
Why does the FPS of all my cameras drop at night ? From 15 to 20 (as selected in each camera) daytime to 10 - 12 at night. The CPU load is around 40%. I have 8 Cameras, Mostly Reolink 520's / 410s and 1 brandless PTZ - it happens to them all, as I add them the FPS at night gets lower and lower. The ...

Re: Windows 7 BSOD
Well for what it's worth I've solved the BSOD. It may have been one of 2 things, I don't dare touch anything now to find out ! One thing was that I had often ran a higher voltage on my Titan X graphics card for gaming and perhaps it got addicted to this higher voltage ! Although sometimes I didn't O...

Windows 7 BSOD
I'm running Blue Iris on an old gaming PC (from my sim racing rig). The machine has been rock solid for years, I don't think it has even BSODed once and its been overclocked to within an inch of its life and run for hours on end. When I run BI on it, I get constant BSODS. I have tried new power supp...

Re: Cheap PTZ Cameras
Fair point although that claim could be made for so many products, including Android phones or even Windows 10 !
You could always watch it for a while with Wireshark and setup a static IP without a gateway (or give a false gateway) address.
30x Zoom ! Imagine it !

Re: Reolink 410 Beta Firmware - Now Signal Drops From BI
So, turns out the cameras where not stable, dropping out several more times and requiring reboot. So I went back to the standard firmware and so far so good. Just incase some other poor sod is looking for the current release version firmware for the Reolink 410 and can't get the firmware from the Re...

Cheap PTZ Cameras
I know I would not expect too much from these PTZ camera but really for the price one might be good just for fun. Opinions ? There are 2 I was considering ... as I say it more for fun than anything serious. https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/203685393846?_trkparms=amclksrc%3DITM%26aid%3D1110006%26algo%3DHO...
