A careful review of your networking may reveal the problem is the LAN and Blue Iris is just the symptom..., or is incorrectly configured for the actual LAN environment itself.

And yes, the BI h.265 implementation is a disaster any way you cut it, though I have made it work to a limited extent..., with Reolink cameras no less. Still not ready for prime time by any means.

Have you explored any of the 'Edit Layout' features in the upper right area of the desktop display pane?( It's the pencil in a box next to the cog icon next to the Group drop down selector.)
