Re: Alerts only showing for one camera when all cameras on screen
I think I found the issue. On the camera I have in my "main" camera group (one of the three), I did not have AI enabled as a trigger. It was on the clone, which is hidden when selecting "main" and hence not shown on the right. I do love BI, but the necessity of having cloned came...

Re: Alerts only showing for one camera when all cameras on screen
Shutting down the service, purging, then restarting, addressed my the new clip time issues. However I still can only see my backdoor clips if I am looking at all 3 active cameras at once. I will add I have a total of 10 cameras configured - 5 with clones because that's the only way you can save aler...

System time is perfect.
Camera times are also perfect.
Everything using NTP servers, only seconds of difference between them.

Re: Alerts only showing for one camera when all cameras on screen
That's not it. I have an alert from my front door today that will only show up if I have that camera selected. Although when I do, the clip is dated 12/31/1969 7:00PM. (As are all clips on that camera) And even though I have only Alerts selected at the top right, it is showing me some snapshots of c...

Alerts only showing for one camera when all cameras on screen
I have not been able to figure this out. If I'm showing all 3 of my cameras at once on my screen, it only shows alerts for one particular camera. If I maximize either of the other two cameras it properly shows clips for that specific camera. Database was completely rebuilt. Any advice for me? Thank ...

Changed camera out; added PTZ, clone master PTZ greyed out
I can't figure out the issue... I replaced one of my cameras, did an inspect, got both the master and the non-master properly seeing the camera, recording, etc.. (Did an inspect after the swap, got everything working completely from what I can tell) But even though I see no setting differences on ei...

Re: Outdoor (lower temperature) wifi
Thank you Tim; I had thought about that years ago and lost sight of the idea. It would be worth a try... If I could only find a power line adapter that was rated to lower temperatures. (I'd like it to work for 5 years if possible and the odds of an indoor device surviving the freeze / thaw cycles is...

Outdoor (lower temperature) wifi
I need it for a detached garage; in the northeast - it gets quite cold here. I'd get a Reolink to get latest WiFi (I keep things forever)... But their temperature rating is like to 14F, which is to me crazy to consider it an outdoor camera if that's the lowest temp it is rated for. Anyway I need to ...

Re: Upgrade instructions?
Thank you.
I followed these instructions but somehow BI5 lost my settings anyway. Luckily I had exported those settings before starting the uninstall.

Re: Upgrade instructions?
Thanks everyone. Just one problem. Upon opening BI5 for the first time - it asked me if I wanted to upgrade to the latest (bug fixes) version. I clicked yes. Then the window came up stating I can uninstall V4 but keep settings. I wasn't able to read the entire instructions before the BI5 upgrade pro...
