BI relies upon connectivity to the cam so that it can pull the stream direct so the only way I can think of right now is to setup routing so that BI can talk to the remote cams direct. Most cloud based solutions and cams that write to the cloud are proprietary and won’t typically allow anything else...

Re: Bitdefender blocking push notifications
Windows Defender these days is good enough, if you are paying for BitDefender I personally would save some money.

Re: No File To Open
I assume you are moving the file in effect which is why you can no longer see it.
Once it has been moved BI can then no longer access the file unless you FTP it back ?

Re: License Key deactivating
If your support has expired you need to either renew your support or find a copy of BI that was released on or before your support expired.

Re: Retention on cameras varying
To many possibilities as to what it might be but 10Gb for New is way too small especially so first thing I would do is try increasing that. Also New on C: where your Os is, not something that I would do. If all you are doing is moving files from C to D then don’t bother moving things around, there r...

Re: BI Consultants
To get the most basic stuff running it’s actually not that hard and many people are happy with that and leave it that way. BI though is capable of a lot more and it’s this stuff that needs thought and lots of reading. The forums here are just a bunch of people with a common interest so I know you sa...

Re: Audio quality help? (solved pretty much)
I get the same with my Dahua cams, enable the noise filter and for some reason the cams audio becomes a fizzy, banging, popping, rustling mess?
