Best budget 5MP Network Cam for BlueIris
Best budget 5MP Network Cam for BlueIris
Hi Friends!
I want to build a Security Setup with approx. 10-11 outdoor Cameras.
I want to go witz approx 5MP ecause i think 4k is a bit too much in terms of price and the picture quality might suffer in low light because of the smaller pixels at the same chip size.
I want a good low light too.
I was looking on the Rheolink 810A, but i saw some bad things in terms of Connecting with BlueIris.
Maybe 1-2 of the 11 Cams would be ptz, the rest would be bullet-style preferred.
The cams shold be less than 100 usd too.
What would be your Pick and why?
Thanks a lot!
Best Wishes from Austria!
Thomas

These are slightly out of your budget at about $130 and only 2mp but I love these.
As of 6 months ago these were one of the hobbyist favorites. Andy sells them direct from Hong Kong and shipping is super fast. Even faster than some domestic. I usually get them from him in two or three business days. He's a reliable seller.

- Optical vari-focal to get just the zoom level that you desire for any scene
- Sound recording
- Turrets are better than bullets according to those with lots of experience
- Great night vision

Thanks for your reply!
2MP is for me too less. And the price is high too. Of cause with 10+ cams is it a bit pricy...
Night video is for mee important too.
Thx

Thomas,
The IPC-T3241T-ZAS that HeneryH is recommending is a great low cost camera and will outperform most 4K in night mode.

Re: Best budget 5MP Network Cam for BlueIris
The IPC-T3241T-ZAS costs in my area 160 EUR (approx 180 usd). That is far too much for me.
But night vision is beautiful.

On the 2MP ones, I think the ZAS adds audio to the ZS

I've seen some footage of the Annke NC400.
I'm impresst with it too.
Has someone expirience with it? It should be compatible with the BI5 software.
Thx
