Re: Android app issues
Which android app version do y'all have now? I'm on 3.0.42 and server version 5.7.9.6 and still no notifications as of right now. :( I definitely haven't changed any settings. EDIT: Apparently the app change/update reverted the permissions and the app didn't automatically ask me again for notificati...

Re: Auto Renewal
Mad props to Matts. I had no idea and would have gone non-linear with a surprise like that. How did you know? Only because I had the same question myself when the support model changed. I made sure to bookmark it because I went with the auto-renew option on purpose (if I'm going to renew, might as ...

Licensing is done through this site: https://account.mycommerce.com/?returnUrl=%2FMyAccount%2FIndex Assuming you can log in, or once you get in again, you should be able to 'Manage Subscription'. It's not the easiest to find... but the option is there to cancel. Basically when you renewed last, ther...

Re: Blue Iris on Proxmox Hardware Specs Questions
Hi IronSheepDog Unfortunately I can't personally speak to all of the particulars of your setup, I don't have a one-one system. That said, regardless of our 'buddy' over at ipcamtalk... I am and have always run BI on a Windows VM (VMWare ESXi) with no issue at all. I am absolutely using older hardwar...

Re: Remote cameras
It's possible, Blue Iris doesn't necessarily care. The traffic flow is that the server needs to be able to reach your camera. So whether that is directly over the Internet or via a VPN tunnel is all up to you. I would definitely recommend testing it with an eval first as that will still largely depe...

Re: Cams Not Sychronised / Lagging
The second set does look much better, you're right. I'm not a VLC expert to really refute but consider maybe instead that it could be the one that is wrong? I mean I'm not exactly confident in how either of them pull their figures but I'm definitely under the impression that BI is simply showing you...

Re: Cams Not Sychronised / Lagging
I'm with Teaf (sorry - shortened that name). I think first step would be to make sure your iframes and fps match.... and it's worth lowering the fps a bit to experiment. It's easy enough to raise back up. I too have had hardware issues with fps too high (camera hardware, not the server) so it's some...

Re: Cameras not saving recordings/clips properly
Eek, it seems like you know what you're doing and nothing is jumping out immediately to me as to what the issue is... totally get that it would be VERY frustrating. It's very much grasping at straws but what does your 'Blue Iris Settings > Clips and archiving' look like? How about your 'Blue Iris St...
