I have used BI since January 2021 and find it really adaptable to my needs, dont use all the functionality but is better than others I have used.
I only have 1 Licence for BI
However I have been overcharged for my yearly support subscriptions, was sent email in January 2022 and then January 2023 and money taken automatically, then in July 2023 was charged for a year support, money taken automatically and I did not query as I was in hospital. Then in January 2024 I was charged for year support again, money taken automatically again.
Now in July 2024 I have been asked again for support payment, but have cancelled this as I should be covered till January 2025, we will see?
In total I have been charged for 6 years of support (£262.97) for only 3 years of use (should have been (£87.18), I have asked for refund of these payments but yet to hear back from BI support
What I dont like is the way MyCommerce automatically take my money, when I ask what these orders are for they cannot tell me any more than this was for 'Blue Iris Extended Maintenance and Support', such a bad experience with them while trying to sort out my overpayments (or is that taking my money automatically?)
Looking at the support upgrade options I have 'Extended maintenance' and 'One year extension of maintenance and support' , different costs but the second one (slightly dearer) does not have auto renewal, dont really know what the difference is?

I hope Support can get that sorted for you.
There are two maintenance plans. A one off, or a slightly cheaper plan if you renew every year.
Blue Iris had a major snafu in July 2023 when the servers crashed and the back ups failed. It caused havoc with subscriptions.
If you have clearly explained to Support that you only have one licence, then I hope this gets sorted quickly.

Thanks TimG, I was not aware of the server issues in July 2023, that is probably why I was charged again for my support, however I did not query due to my hospital operation, so just let it go.
I am waiting for support to provide a refund, as MyCommerce team are next to useless, they have cancelled the orders and state 'We have sent an email notification to the publisher with your request' but I think I will send my own email to BI support.

If you have separate support keys, I'll buy one from you at standard rate. I am due for another renewal on one of my licenses.
