Trying to open a port for BI5 and I have to use their Xfinity APP to do it. It's forcing me to use a manual setup as BI is not listed on their menu. I'm in manual, picked port 81 with tcp/udp protocol and I'm stuck. It needs something else to trigger they greyed out "NEXT" box. I'm 80 years old, this is getting way out of my paygrade.
My only 2 options are to add another port number or to add a port range.
Any help, suggestions, guidance to get the port open so I can access BI outside of my wifi would be appreciated.

Just watched a video and you need to select a device in the top most drop down?

I got the LAN working on the XB7, the WAN is still fighting me.
I tried port 81 and 99. I verified my IP to be correct.
You were correct about the drop down. I compared my connected devices on the router to the list on the APP and found one that matched. It was actually the 2nd item.

Ok, got it. "Generic Brand Windows Device" was the drop down that is my Desk top PC. Well, you could have fooled me!!!
I turned off my wifi, hit BI5 on my phone and BAM, BI5 popped up as smooth as silk on my 5G WAN.
This was a total brail by guess method of getting this to work.
Thanks to all who commented.
